These are working 1980s/1990s computer terminals. This model was introduced in 1987. They can do basic playback. but no graphics, only text. This model was used in many large companies, government offices, and agencies. It would have been hooked up to a mainframe server back in the day. The screens light up with green text on a dark background, giving a great vintage look! They run basic commands, and the best feature is that a person can type, seeing text appear on the screen, and another person can type back to them. It's easy to put text on the screens to make it look like a bullpen full of computers with “work” on their screens. If you need to fill a bullpen with working matching monitors, this is a great choice. We have used these on TV shows & feature films, who wanted realism and they work well. We have 50 sets with green screens. We also have 50 sets with vintage white screens available. NOTE FOR PLAYBACK TECH: these units have a variable refresh rate that we can set, making them easy to film in playback. We set frame rates to 30fps, but the speed can be easily changed from the keyboard if needed. They use RS232 serial input.
