It is ideal for period use for the 1950's, 60's and 70's. This is a very early rare ITE Camera Pedestal. We have not been able to identify it in any of ITE's catalogs. It looks like 1940s or 1950s style pedestals (they used hand-cranks during that style). But ITE was started in the 1960's. So we suspect it was either an older ped that was OEM'ed by ITE. Or it may have been an early ITE prototype with a 1940s/1950s style. It has a Vinten head. Either way, it is ideal for scenes set in the 1950's, 60's or 70's.
