Transactions, Business practices and Legal:
We work hard to make every prop perfect, and scene perfect, and we appreciate your support. We treat our clients the same way we want to be treated. When we rent equipment, we need to keep it safe from damage. We we require a renter to fill out a rental agreement for each rental in order to document the items rented, their condition, replacement value, and the amount agreed upon for the rental period. Ocassionally we require a drivers license as ID for certain rentals. RJR Props requires that all Renters provide insurance and an insurance certificate (COI) for the Props that they rent from RJR Props. The insurance must cover the repair or replacement cost of the props if they are damaged while in the possession of the Renter, their agents, or their transportation. If a Renter cannot provide an insurance certificate naming RJR Props, we require a deposit for the props, in order to assure their safe return, and as a security guaranty if the props are damaged or lost. RJR Props is a subsidiary of RJR Electronics Inc, and is actually RJR Electronics Inc, a Georgia Corporation dba RJR Props. All Props are rented on an as-is basis, with no guaranty or warranty as to the merchantability or fitness of the items rented. The maximum liability and/or damages of RJR Props and/or RJR Electronics Inc is limited to a refund of the price paid by the Renter. The maximum damages and liability of RJR Props and RJR Electronics Inc is limited to the amount of the rental price paid. Damages and liability shall not exceed that amount. RJR Props strives to bring you the very best Props and Service. We appreciate you and your business!
